Meet Acrylica, a gilded, halftone pig and unofficial mascot of gel printers everywhere. This multi-plate monoprinting project combined laser image transfers, Photoshop halftones, a DIY Cricut stencil, and some risky gel medium experiments. With layers of texture, tea bag “fabric,” and a golden aura, Acrylica emerged as a playful, reverent tribute to gel printing.
