Return Policy

We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of receiving to item for items that are misrepresented. Damaged items must be filed through carrier insurance. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and handle all the communications to ensure a smooth resolution.

Please note: We do not accept returns for items that are not misrepresented.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of the misrepresentation.

  2. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

  3. Once we receive the returned item and verify the misrepresentation, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.

Art Damaged in Transit:

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and keep all packaging materials. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and handle all the communications to ensure a smooth resolution.
